Movie summary
A bunch of criminals led by “Judge” robbed a gambling house. The car thief Wei, who provided cars for their illegal operations, was determined by Sir Luo as a suspect in that case. Inspector Zhang Tiezhu was dissatisfied with Sir Luo’s approach and released Wei and asked to cooperate with him. Wei was involved in the murder case and had to cooperate with Zhang Tiezhu.
